
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

The May 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
May 30
- Updates to Tasks page: The updates to the Tasks page are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Deleting an Item: The updates to the delete action are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
May 28
- Contextual Information in Triggered Custom Tasks: The ability to add context attributes in the trigger event for a custom task is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
May 21
- Contextual Information in Triggered Custom Tasks (Release Preview): Now you can add context attributes in an external event that is selected as the trigger event in a custom task. You can use these context attributes to enrich the task's outbound data attributes and personalization attributes.
When the task is executed, all the attributes from the trigger event, including the context attributes are automatically passed to the outbound system events and the contact events that are generated for the task.

- XML Encoding Supported for Custom Payloads in Endpoints: The XML format is now supported if you add a custom payload when you configure an endpoint of a custom connector. If you specify application/xml as the Content-Type header, then the XML custom request body is encoded for XML compatibility. This ensures that any XML reserved characters are correctly handled.
XML encoding support is now available in the production tenant for all customers. For more information, see Add a Custom Payload in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Administration Guide.
- Custom Property Grids (Release Preview): For items in the user interface that are using an updated user experience, grids of custom property values include these new features:
- Grids can now be maximized to a full screen view by clicking Maximize
. This enables you to view larger tables without scrolling.
- Custom property grids now enable you to copy and paste single rows to duplicate an existing entry.
- Updates to the Calendar view for planning items (Release Preview): The Calendar view for the planning items has some updates. Now when you want to view a planning item on a Gantt chart, open the planning item and click Gantt view
next to the Calendar view to display a separate Gantt view.
The ability to specify a custom date range and the ability to specify settings to customize the time span for displaying the planning item is no longer supported.
- Updates to Tasks page (Release Preview): The Tasks page was updated. A tour of the updates is available. The updates include:
- You can now have the filter and folder views open at the same time.
- The icon to create a task is now a blue circle with a plus sign and the Copy icon is now next to the New Task icon.
- The Tasks page now displays email subjects for email tasks.
- Columns for Email Subject and Scheduled date were added. The scheduled date column includes icons for recurring schedules and segment dependencies that you can click for details.
- The ability to show or hide content in subfolders can now be configured with View tasks for selected folder only
and View tasks for the selected folders and subfolders
for Tasks, Real-time Journeys, Creatives, Messages, and Data Views.
- Deleting an Item (Release Preview): The delete action has been updated to improve performance, particularly when deleting multiple items at once. Items pending deletion are locked by the application and have “(deleting)” appended to their status.

- Activities Renamed to Real-time Journeys: The activities rebrand to real-time journeys is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- New Scheduled Journeys: Scheduled journeys are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
Get started with scheduled journeys by selecting Journeys > Scheduled from the navigation bar. For more information, see About Scheduled Journeys in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
- Bulk Custom Task Integration with Scheduled Journeys: The ability to add a bulk custom task in a scheduled journey is now available in the production tenant for all customers. For more information, see Create a Bulk Custom Task in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
- Email Task Integration with Scheduled Journeys: The ability to add an email task in a scheduled journey is now available in the production tenant for all customers. For more information, see Create an Email for Scheduled Journeys in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
- Navigation: The updated left navigation is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- General Settings for Number Formats: The updates to the Number Formats page in General Settings is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

- General Settings for Roles and Groups: The updates to the user experience in General Settings for Roles and Groups is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- General Settings User Experience: The user interface updates to General Settings are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
