The May 2026 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

May 20

  • UDM Schema 21: The Unified Data Model (UDM) is updated for the release of schema 21. Schema 21 contains enhancements for these features:

    • a new table to support decisioning events
    • a new table to record addressable mobile devices
    • enhancements to journey tables to record success criteria for audiences
    • updates to the SMS opt-out tables to record the source of an opt-out request

For more information, see the Updates for Schema 21 in the UDM for SAS Customer Intelligence 360 community topic.

  • Segment Maps (Release Preview): You can now save a segment map in Ready or Designing state even if it contains incomplete nodes. However, any segment map that is in the Ready status is moved back to Designing after the save.

With this change, you can also save incomplete Criteria nodes that do not contain any criteria.

The behavior of a published segment map remains the same: You can save a published segment map only if all its nodes are complete.
