
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

The September 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
September 24
- Audit Records for API Calls (Release Preview): Audit records that are related to API calls are now available from the Marketing Administration API. These actions are part of the API Calls category.
A complete list of available actions is maintained in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The audit actions are listed by category, and each category is stored on different tabs. Download the following .zip file to view the spreadsheet: ci360-audit-records-actions.zip.

- Advertising Tasks Integration with Scheduled Journeys (Release Preview): The Scheduled journeys feature now provides support for adding advertising tasks that include Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
When you create an advertising task, select Scheduled Journey as your source type to set up the task for using data from a scheduled journey. The target audience is provided by the scheduled journey that uses this task. Task scheduling and task execution are also managed by that scheduled journey.
In the advertising task, you can select match criteria and customer attributes, which can be used as merge tags for personalization of the audience data in the scheduled journey.

- Redesigned Interfaces in Custom Tasks for an Enhanced Experience (Release Preview): As a marketer, you can now use a modern and seamless interface design to execute tasks for custom marketing channels.
The new task interface enhances the user experience by consolidating all the necessary information into a single integrated view. The slide-out editing panes enable you to complete all the mandatory task configurations in a single window, without switching tabs.
The consolidated view also displays the task configuration progress, task status, and easily accessible menus to view or specify other optional information.

- New SMS Tasks: The new SMS tasks are now in the production tenant for all customers.

- Real-time Journeys: Paused tasks that are used in a real-time journey now remain paused when the journey is activated.

- Scheduled Journeys: The ability to view history and usage information for scheduled journeys is now in the production tenant for all customers.
- Segments: The updates to the user interface in Targeting > Segments are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Table Management: The updates to the user interface in General Settings > Table Management are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- User Interface for Email: The updates to the user interface for email features are now available in the production tenant for all customers.

- Custom Properties: Picklists can now reuse the same values across different lists.
- New SMS Tasks (Release Preview): Use new SMS tasks to send text messages to your customers on mobile devices. For more information, see Create an SMS Task is SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
- Updates to Workflow templates: The updates to the user interface for workflow templates are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- User Interface for Email (Release Preview): The user interface for email features has been updated to improve the user experience of some features:
- In an email task, the table on the Responsive Previews page provides clearer indication of which fields can be edited.
- When you create the content for an email task in Layout Manager, the table on the Configure Tracking page provides clearer indication of which fields can be edited.
- In General Settings, the Default URL Query Parameters page provides clearer indication of which fields can be edited.
- Assets: The updates to the user interface in Assets are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Scheduled Journeys: The ability to lock a scheduled journey is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Scheduled Journeys (Release Preview): You can now view history and usage information for scheduled journeys.
- Table Management (Release Preview): The user interface in General Settings > Table Management has been updated to improve the user experience of some features. The functionality remains the same, but you might notice minor UI modifications.
