What's New for Customer Intelligence 360 in April 2026

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

 

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

 

Access to the features listed here depends on your role, license, and the release phase. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.

 

The April 2026 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

 

April 29

 

  • Scheduled Journeys: The A/B Test node for scheduled journeys is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

April 22

 

  • Scheduled Journeys (Release Preview): Test variants of paths in your scheduled journey with the A/B Test node.

    Configure your path variants and settings for the test, such as confidence threshold. Once the journey starts, the test runs until the sample size is met. Then, analytics determines whether there is a winning path.

April 15

 

  • REST API for SMS Opt-Out Requests: The Marketing Data API now enables you to submit opt-out requests for SMS communication through the REST API.

  • Scheduled Journeys: You can use generative AI to create a scheduled journey from a text prompt or an image.

  • Mobile Push Notifications: When adding a message to a push notification, generative AI can suggest alternate messages.

  • Scheduled Journeys: Enhanced expression support for scheduled journeys is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

April 1

 

  • Scheduled Journeys (Release Preview): Expression support has been enhanced for attributes. You can now use expressions with multiple values, negated expressions, and expressions for missing values in split nodes, success conditions, and drop conditions.
