
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
Access to the features listed here depends on your role, license, and the release phase. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.
The February 2026 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
February 25
- Segments and Segment Maps: The column that displays codes for segments and segment maps is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
IMPORTANTYou can filter for an on-premises segment map or a cloud segment. However, you cannot filter for the child row of an on-premises segment map.
- Usage Report: The Profiles Processed tab in the Usage Report is now available in the production tenant for all customers. The tab displays the number of customer profiles (identities) that were processed using a specific license.

Segments and Segment Maps (Release Preview): When you navigate to Targeting > Segments to display segments, the table includes a column that displays the segment and segment map codes.
IMPORTANT: You can filter for an on-premises segment map or a cloud segment. However, you cannot filter for the child row of an on-premises segment map.
- Usage Report: The Profiles Processed tab in the Usage Report is now available in the production tenant for all customers. The tab displays the number of customer profiles (identities) that were processed using a specific license.
- Audience Definitions (Release Preview): When creating an audience definition, you can now customize the default column names (col1, col2, and so on) to make them meaningful. For example, you can customize "col1" and "col2" to be "first_name" and "emailAddress". In addition, the "Enable for Event Attribute Tracking" column was updated to better represent how sensitive data can be tagged and is now called "Identifiable Information".

- UDM Schema 20: The Unified Data Model (UDM) and Common Data Model (CDM) are updated for the release of schema 20. Schema 20 contains enhancements for these features:
- More information about primary keys and foreign keys in both the UDM and CDM
- New metadata tables that provide a complete history of metadata for items
- Updates to usage tables to capture the counts from occurrences of direct marketing tasks
- Updates to tables for scheduled journeys.
- UDM detail tables no longer include customer identifiers (such as subject IDs, email addresses, and so on).

- Custom Properties: The ability to update custom properties such as picklists and categories directly in the UI is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Business Context: The ability to manage the time-out duration for executions of segment maps, standalone direct marketing tasks, and direct marketing tasks that depend on the execution of a segment map in a business context is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Updated Toolbar: The updates to the toolbar for these items are now available in the production tenant for all customers: Insights, Scenarios, Input Data, Segments, Plans, Commitments, and Invoices.
