What's New for CI360 in August 2025

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

 

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

 

Access to the features listed here depends on your role, license, and the release phase. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.

 

The August 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

 

August 27

 

  • Assets (Limited Availability): The user interface in Assets has been updated to improve the user experience of some features. The functionality remains the same. The modernized interface makes viewing, editing, storing, sharing, and managing your digital assets more easier. You might notice minor UI modifications.

  • Scheduled Journeys (Release Preview): Scheduled journeys now lock when you edit them. For more information, see Working with Locked Items in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.

August 16

 

  • User Experience: A new style was applied with lighter, more modern fonts, buttons, colors, and so on. These changes affect only how the application looks, not how the application works. This update is available in the production tenant for all customers.

August 6

 

  • Mobile Tasks: The updates to bulk and triggered push notification tasks are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
