What's New for CI360 in November 2025

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

Access to the features listed here depends on your role, license, and the release phase. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.

The November 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

November 26

• Migrating Group Nodes (Release Preview): You can now migrate node groups from campaigns in SAS Marketing Automation to segment maps in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

November 19

• Copilot: The new location for the copilot is now available in the production tenant for all customers. You can now access it by clicking Open copilot from the application bar.
  
  IMPORTANT It is your responsibility to review any output generated with AI to ensure that the AI-generated content that you select is appropriate and accurate for its intended purpose.
  
  
• Segments (Release Preview): The user interface for segments has been updated to improve the user experience. The following features are changed or new:
  
  
  • A new color scheme for nodes
  • An updated node menu that groups nodes by function
  • Snap-to-grid option that aligns nodes when they are added or moved
  • Ability to group and ungroup nodes

• General Settings: The user interface for some pages in General Settings have been updated to improve the user experience. These changes are now available in the production tenant for all customers. The following pages have been updated:
  
  
  • Forms

• Bulk Push Notification Tasks: The ability to use bulk push notification tasks in scheduled journeys is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
  
  

November 12

• Events: The updates to the user interface for Events in Event Tracking are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
  
  
• Bulk Push Notification Tasks (Release Preview): You can now add bulk push notification tasks to scheduled journeys. When you create a push notification task, select Scheduled Journey as your source type. Task scheduling, targeting, and execution is managed by the journey.
