
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

The November 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
November 26
- Migrating Group Nodes (Release Preview): You can now migrate node groups from campaigns in SAS Marketing Automation to segment maps in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

- Events: The updates to the user interface for Events in Event Tracking are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
- Bulk Push Notification Tasks (Release Preview): You can now add bulk push notification tasks to scheduled journeys. When you create a push notification task, select Scheduled Journey as your source type. Task scheduling, targeting, and execution is managed by the journey. For more information, see Create a Bulk Push Notification Task in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
- Copilot (Release Preview): The copilot has moved. You can now access it by clicking
Open copilot from the application bar.

- General Settings (Release Preview): The user interface for some pages in General Settings have been updated to improve the user experience. The functionality remains the same. You might notice minor UI modifications. The following pages have been updated:
- General Settings for Email: The user interface for Email in General Settings has been updated to improve the user experience. The functionality remains the same. You might notice minor UI modifications. These changes are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
