New Conditional Merge Tag Support in Email Task "Display as" Header Fields
Conditional merge tags can be added to the Display as field in an email task’s header.

On an email task’s Header tab, when you select an approved sender address for the From field or Reply-to field, you can define the Display as field to customize how the From address or Reply-to address is presented in the email.

 

With this new feature, you can personalize the Display as value based on a conditional merge tag. To add a merge tag, click  selectmergetag.png and define the merge tag value.

Merge tags were already available for the From field and Reply-to field, but this new feature enables you to personalize the value in the Display as field based on the recipients for the email task.

 

Note: The Display as field is displayed only when the From address or Reply-to address is set to an approved sender. If the Display as field is not available, you might need to select a different send agent for the email task.

New SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Page for Mobile App Developers
A new SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK page is available for mobile app developers on developer.sas.com. The page includes links to all things mobile, including:

 

  • SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Developer’s Guide for Mobile Applications
  • Hybrid mobile app cookbooks and sample packages for Flutter, React Native, and Xamarin
  • SDK change logs for Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, and Xamarin

Note: The previously combined change log for iOS and Android is replaced by separate change logs for each. For Android, see Change Log for the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK for Android. For iOS, see Change Log for the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK for iOS.

Integrate SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDKs with a Xamarin App
Documentation is now available that supports the integration of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 mobile SDKs for Android and iOS with a mobile app that is built using Xamarin technology.

 

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK Integration with a Xamarin App: Cookbook shows how to create a plug-in that adds the capabilities of SAS Customer Intelligence mobile SDKs. In addition, there is a Mobile SDK Xamarin Sample package (.zip) that contains a sample Xamarin project (mobile-sdk-xamarin).

Copy Item API Available
Note: This feature was introduced in release 22.12 on a limited availability basis. It is now available to all customers with SAS 360 Engage: Digital, SAS 360 Engage: Direct, SAS 360 Engage: Email, SAS 360 Discover, and SAS 360 Plan licenses.

 

The latest version of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 adds the ability to package and copy the following items between tenants:

 

  • Calculated data items
  • Creatives
  • Direct marketing tasks
  • Export templates
  • Messages
  • On-premises segment maps
