SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. The October 2023 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature released on October 25:
- Improvements to the REST API for Audit Records: The enhancements to the REST API for audit records are now available in the production tenant for all customers.
The REST API for audit records is updated with these features:
- Records include more actions, such as adding or deleting a user, sending an invitation email, and suspending a user account.
- All records include a session ID. This value can be used to cross-reference the login action with other actions to determine the IP address or user agent that was used.

- Triggered Push Notification: The updated triggered push notification task UI is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

- Improvements to the REST API for Audit Records (Limited Availability): The audit service is enhanced with these features:
- include more types of records. Records now contain events such as adding or deleting a user, sending an invitation email, and suspending a user account.
- include the IP address of the user that performed an action

- Facebook Audience Task and Connector: Facebook Audience tasks and the corresponding connectors were moved from general availability to limited availability. If you are currently using these tasks, you will continue to have access to the task and connector.

- Google Ads Task and Connector: Google Ads tasks and the corresponding connectors were moved from general availability to limited availability. If you are currently using these tasks, you will continue to have access to the task and connector.

- Direct Access Point: Provide on-premises log files from your Direct access point to SAS support to diagnose and troubleshoot an issue. The log file must be associated with a SAS Technical Support case ID. For more information, see Upload an Agent Log File to SAS Support in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Administration Guide.

- Search for Task Code: A new column named Code is available for the Tasks page. The column displays the code for each task, which enables you to search for the task code. The code is also visible on the Properties tab of a task.

- Triggered Push Notification (Release Preview): The triggered push notification task UI has been updated to match the bulk push notification UI. The functionality remains the same. You may notice some minor UI modifications.

- Connections Dashboard Metrics (Release Preview): The Connections Dashboard provides several metrics to monitor and manage triggered and bulk connections. These metrics enable you to track the health and performance of inbound and outbound connector integrations and to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot issues. You can select to display either a tabular or a graphical representation of the metrics data for specified durations.

Features released on October 4:
- Text Elements in Email Layout Manager: In the email layout manager, text elements have an updated text editor. Updates include an improved experience pasting content from Microsoft Word and Google Docs, including retaining the format of the copied content. There are also new icons for features such as find and replace, remove formatting, select all, insert special characters, create a block quote, strike through text, and add subscript to text.

- Updates to HTML and Plain Text Editors: HTML creatives, plain text creatives, and email tasks have an updated code editor with new options for specifying code editor settings. You can customize the editor settings by clicking the settings icon in the editor. The settings persist wherever the editor is available.
