SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. The April 2024 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature released on April 23:
- iOS SDK Update: Guidance is now available for writing your mobile application's privacy manifest.

Features released on April 17:
- Audience REST API: The Audience API expands the types of data sources that can be used to create audiences by allowing organizations to import a CSV file as an audience. The API can also be used to create and manage audiences and to import data as an audience into SAS
Customer Intelligence 360. Once an import occurs, these audiences have the same functionality as the audiences that are created from database connections. - Audience Definitions: Use with the Audience REST API to integrate with data sources that SAS Customer Intelligence 360 does not have a direct connection to. You can create and manage audience definitions in the user interface.
Feature released on April 5:
- Android SDK Update: SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK change log for Android updated.

Features released on April 3:
- Usage Report Update: The Usage Report includes a new tab that displays the usage for channels such as email, web, mobile, and social media. To view the report, navigate to Insights>Usage Report and select the SAS 360 Destinations tab.
Note: The Usage Report is visible only to administrative users. - Direct Marketing Tasks (Release Preview): The user interface for direct marketing tasks has been updated to improve the user experience. The functionality remains the same. You might notice minor UI modifications.
