
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

The November 2024 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Features released on November 13:
- Snapchat Ads Connector and Snapchat Ads Task: The ability to use the Snapchat Ads connectors in conjunction with Snapchat Ads tasks is now available in the production tenant for all customers. With single sign-on (SSO) authentication support, signed-in users can get uninterrupted access to their Snapchat Ads accounts from within the application. This integration enables you to seamlessly upload audiences from SAS Customer Intelligence 360 to Snapchat Ads.

- LinkedIn Ads Connector and LinkedIn Ads Task: The ability to use the LinkedIn Ads connectors in conjunction with LinkedIn Ads tasks is now available in the production tenant for all customers. With single sign-on (SSO) authentication support, signed-in users can get uninterrupted access to their LinkedIn Ads accounts from within the application. This integration enables you to seamlessly upload audiences from SAS Customer Intelligence 360 to LinkedIn Ads.

- LinkedIn Ads Connector (Release Preview): Admin users can set up preconfigured LinkedIn Ads connectors that enable access to LinkedIn’s APIs for uploading audience data to LinkedIn Ads. The LinkedIn Ads connector is used in conjunction with a LinkedIn Ads task.
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 supports single sign-on (SSO) for seamless authentication of LinkedIn Ads connectors. Signed-in users can get uninterrupted access to their LinkedIn Ads accounts from within the application.

- LinkedIn Ads Task (Release Preview): Marketers can use LinkedIn Ads tasks in conjunction with LinkedIn Ads connectors to seamlessly upload audiences from SAS Customer Intelligence 360 to LinkedIn Ads. LinkedIn tasks enable you to specify match criteria for the selected audience to enhance the targeting and effectiveness of your campaigns.
Signed-in users can get uninterrupted access to their LinkedIn Ads accounts from within the application.
