SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

The October 2024 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature released on October 30:
Use data from a segment to create an audience, or group of people, to use for task targeting and personalization. The data that you include in an audience is available for a period of time that you specify.
Feature released on October 16:
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 supports a mechanism for automatically refreshing access tokens using the refresh token mechanism of OAuth. This mechanism eliminates invocation failures due to expired credentials. Manual updates of the access token are no longer required for connector configurations.

Performance Analytics for Bulk and Triggered Custom Tasks (Release Preview): Now, you can view the counts for the number of unique users, the unique conversions, conversion rates, and the metric count for the primary and secondary metrics in custom bulk and custom triggered tasks. You can also view the last execution date of the report and the number of days for which the data is displayed.
Note: You can view this report for the new tasks that you add. For existing tasks, you can view the report only after you publish the task again.
