You might want to right-click on the Project Tree, and select Collapse All.  Then, make sure there is at least some white space at the bottom below where all your process flows are listed. If not, you may need to expand the screen real estate dedicated to your project tree.  Once you have available white space, right click, and hopefully Paste will appear as an option instead of being grayed out.  This is how it's working for me anyway, and since I finally figured it out, I wanted to share. ... I just had this same error message and was able to track down the problem - in my dataset, there was an EMOJI in an open-text field. When I opened the CSV file in Excel I could see the silly thing... so annoyed that RedCap let that in. As I said, no libnames/connects are in programs and the contractor claims they are in the projects themselves. I'm getting the info 2nd/3rd hand so that's very helpful and the contractor is out the door as of last week...no documentation, no validation that any of the projects work.
