SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

 

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

 

Access to the features listed here depends on your role, license, and the release phase. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.

 

The March 2025 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

 

March 26

 

  • Enhancements to Email Notifications for Invocations: When you configure connector settings on the Define Properties page, you can now opt out of receiving email notifications for failed invocations of your connector integrations.

    If you use the default connector settings, you receive email notifications for all failed invocations on the email address that you specify in the support contact field.

    This enhancement is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

  • Audience (Release Preview): Use generative AI (GenAI) to create your audience criteria based on a description that you enter. For more information, see Defining an Audience (Step 5) and GenAI Best Practices for Creating Audiences in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.

    Note: This feature applies to audiences created from the Audiences page that use Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift as a data source.

    IMPORTANT It is your responsibility to review any output generated with AI to ensure that the AI-generated content that you select is appropriate and accurate for its intended purpose.

March 19

 

  • Container Image Management REST API: The Container Image Management API in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Programming Interfaces enables customers to access, list, and download custom Docker images from a secure Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR). The REST API enables the distribution of custom images for external users by ensuring secure access and easy retrieval.

March 12

 

  • Android SDK Update: SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK change log for Android updated. See Change Log for the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK for Android.

  • Default Node Rule: The ability to specify the default rule to use when evaluating AND and OR nodes in a segment map is now available in the production tenant for all customers. Navigate to General Settings and select System Configuration > Manage Business Contexts. Use the Settings tab to configure the rule to use for the nodes.

  • Default URL Query Parameters in Email Tasks: The new feature to define URL query parameters in email tasks is now available in the production tenant for all customers.

  • Default URL Query Parameters in Email Tasks (Release Preview): Email marketers can now define URL query parameters that—when the feature is enabled—are added by default to all links in an email task (except for the view-on-web link and the opt-out link). This feature enables you to standardize URL query parameters across all of your email tasks and update them more efficiently.

    These parameters are defined in General Settings in the Content > Default URL Query Parameters page. For more information, see Default URL Query Parameters in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Administration Guide.
