The December 2024 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature released on December 18:
SAS 360 Direct Audiences: The ability to create and manage audience connections and audience sources in General Settings that use data from SAS 360 Direct segments is now available in the production tenant for all customers.
Use data from a segment to create an audience, or group of people, to use for task targeting and personalization. The data that you include in an audience is available for a period of time that you specify.
IMPORTANT A best practice is to use an attribute with a one-to-one relationship to the audience subject level. Only one row per subject is included in the audience. If you select an audience attribute with a one-to-many relationship to the audience subject level, only one of the values of the subject-level attribute is returned for the audience member. The value is selected by the system and cannot be specified. This could affect your expected results.
For example, a customer holds multiple accounts at a bank. If you add an account-level attribute to the audience of customers, only one of the customer’s account attribute values is returned for the audience. However, the account is selected by the system and cannot be specified.
Features released on December 11:
Click the column header to sort results by column. In the table of results, hover over a column header for options to show or hide the column. When you apply advanced filters, any filter criteria that has no matches is hidden.
Updates to the Calendar view for Plans (Release Preview): With this release, the Calendar view for Plans has some updates. Now when you want to view the planning items on a Gantt chart, in the List view of Plans, click next to the Calendar view to display a separate Gantt view.
With this release, the ability to specify a custom date range and the ability to specify settings to customize the time span for displaying planning items is no longer supported.
