You can now view the content of input data tables within the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 user interface. When this option is enabled, you can view the table content on the Tables tab within an input data item.
Note: This option does not include customer tables that contain PII (personally identifiable information).
By default, this option is disabled. To enable it, navigate to General Settings => Analytic => Engage Optimize and click Enable the Tables page in Optimization Input Data.
This feature gives you the flexibility to view and confirm the contents of optimization input data.

This release includes a new diagnostics access point that enables you to debug and validate events without waiting for them to be available for download. When you create an access point in the user interface in General Settings => Access Points, there is an option to create a diagnostics access point. After you define the access point, download and configure the agent framework. For diagnostics, you can configure the on-premises agent to filter on a specific ID type such as datahub ID, session ID, visitor ID, or channel ID. When the agent filters on this ID type, events with those ID types can be streamed to the agent where you can perform real-time troubleshooting and data validation.

External system tasks now support rules-based creative targeting. If an external system task contains multiple creatives, you can use rules-based targeting to add additional targeting criteria to each creative. Adding targeting criteria to creatives enables you to split a task’s target audience into subgroups and associate a creative with each subgroup. This action enables you to refine which groups of the task’s target audience receives a specific creative.

The mobile SDK for Android no longer automatically prompts an app user to grant permission to access location data on their mobile device. Now, the default behavior of the SDK is to not access any location data until the mobile app explicitly prompts the user and enables the SDK to access this data.
The mobile app should prompt for and obtain the necessary permissions from app users in a manner that is consistent with the desired user experience. After the app user grants the required permissions, the mobile app can then direct the SDK to access location data.

A new Quick View report that provides an overview of your email tasks is available on the Insights menu. You can use the report to determine how your email tasks perform against each other and to discover trends in how your customers are reacting to and interacting with your email campaign. The report provides email metrics such as acceptance, open, and click rates across multiple tasks. You can refine a time range and filter the reports by name, email task type, and task status.
