This year’s SAS MarTech Connect transformed Prague into a vibrant hub of insight, collaboration, and innovation, bringing together marketers, technologists, and Customer Intelligence leaders from across EMEA and beyond.
Now in its second year, the event once again delivered on its promise: creating a space where SAS CI360 users and customers can learn from each other’s real-world experiences, share best practices, and exchange ideas on how to unlock the full power of data-driven marketing.
With over 120 registered participants and a highly engaged, international audience, this year’s edition reflected the growing momentum around SAS CI360 and the strong sense of community shaping its future.
A Program Designed to Spark Dialogue, Networking, and Innovation
From keynotes and customer presentations to panel discussions and hands-on demos, the agenda was built to inspire and connect. Every session provided tangible insights into how organizations are using SAS CI360 to drive transformation, from personalization and automation to customer engagement and business growth.
The event opened with a thought-provoking keynote by Frans Riemersma, Marketing Technologist and MarTech Researcher at MarTechTribe. Frans explored the evolving state of marketing technology, AI, and the future of customer experience, challenging participants to reflect on where their organizations stand today and how they can lead tomorrow.

Each presentation underscored a shared theme: the best results come from continuous learning, collaboration, and sharing experiences across industries.

A new addition this year, the Fast Track Demos, proved to be a highlight. Four rapid 8-minute sessions showcased live CI360 solutions on topics such as onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, churn prevention, and hyper-personalization. Delivered by SAS experts, these demos turned theory into tangible takeaways, driving meaningful conversations at the exhibition booths. Each track tackled a core marketing challenge, showing not only what’s possible with CI360, but also how to make it happen. Two more highlights from this vibrant community: The WIN Roundtable and AdTech Connect.
The Women in MarTech Leadership Roundtable, hosted by the SAS Women’s Initiative Network, created a space for candid dialogue on leadership, inclusion, and empowerment. Panelists shared perspectives on how empathy, collaboration, and communication — human strengths beyond AI — are shaping the future of MarTech leadership.
Meanwhile, AdTech Connect: Retail Media in Focus brought together SAS® 360 Match users for an exclusive discussion on data monetization, publisher empowerment, and the evolving retail media landscape.
