Hi @egwilliamson, You can use the Batch Import tool from command line of server as well. Just that it can be very long depending upon the Number of objects you have for export. Falko,     Thank you for your response to my posting. When working with SAS Tech Support it was discovered that there were root process, from a previous reboot, that were taking up the needed ports for when the 'sas' user was attempting to reboot. Troubleshooting steps lead us to delete those processes and re-attempt. Once the processes were killed, the 'sas' user was able to reboot successfully and the Web Portal was accessible.   Regards, ... View more
