Hi Folks,   I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out for some assistance with a recurring issue we've been experiencing with SAS Viya Studio sessions terminating unexpectedly. Upon investigation, I noticed that some compute pods were showing a terminating state in Pods, and I was unable to collect the logs. I tried to locate the viya.logs in the SAS directory at "/var/log/sas/viya.log", but unfortunately, I couldn't find them. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? I am reaching out for assistance regarding changing the Ingress controller IP from private to public for our SAS Viya deployment. We have utilized the Git IAC code (git clone https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-iac-azure) and (git clone https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-deployment.git) for deployment. Currently, our Kubernetes cluster and API mode are set to private, and the Ingress has been created with a private IP, causing difficulties in configuring SCIM. I believe that modifying the configuration to change the Ingress from private to public IP may involve adding some lines in the ansible.vars files, but I am uncertain about the exact steps required to achieve this. Is it possible to make this adjustment without having to redeploy the entire SAS Viya setup? Any guidance or assistance you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hi All,   I hope you're doing well !!   We are currently upgrading our SAS Viya version, and we have encountered a roadblock. The Inventory scan is failing with an OOMKILLED error. We have attempted to increase the memory limit, but when we tried to apply the customization changes.yaml, we received an error. Have any of you experienced this issue before? Hi Folks,    I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out to see if you could help me with finding the CAS memory Utilization in SAS Viya LTS version 2022.09. I've been trying to locate information like "Memory Used", "Memory Free", "Memory Total", etc., as mentioned in the documentation. The documentation suggests that we can view this information in SAS Environment Manager under the Servers section, specifically under cas-shared-default and then CAS Memory Utilization. However, I couldn't seem to find the CAS Memory Utilization under cas-shared-default.   Do you happen to know of any other method or location where we can view the CAS memory Utilization in SAS Viya LTS 2022.09 version? Hi Folks,   We are currently planning to upgrade our SAS Viya version from 2022.09 to 2023.03 LTS. However, we have some concerns about the upgrade process. In case something goes wrong during the upgrade, we would like to know if it is possible to roll back to the previous version. Hi Floks,   we are facing issue with auditing data in SAS Viya. The user activity report is not showing complete data, and a significant portion of user activity is missing. We have attempted to make configuration changes in the Environment Manager, but unfortunately, it has not resolved the issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue before and found a solution? If so, we would greatly appreciate any insights or tips you could share. Hi All, I'm trying to deploy SAS Viya 4 in the Azure environment. When I try to run Terraform Plan/apply script to Build the Kubernetes infrastructure I'm getting the below attached error. Although I gave permission for the files("files/tools/iac_git.info.sh) and Changed the (UAI)managed identity some it's not recently picking the changes when I try to run the Terraform script again.
