Assistance Needed: Changing Ingress Controller IP from Private to Public

I am reaching out for assistance regarding changing the Ingress controller IP from private to public for our SAS Viya deployment. We have utilized the Git IAC code (git clone https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-iac-azure) and (git clone https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-deployment.git) for deployment. Currently, our Kubernetes cluster and API mode are set to private, and the Ingress has been created with a private IP, causing difficulties in configuring SCIM. I believe that modifying the configuration to change the Ingress from private to public IP may involve adding some lines in the ansible.vars files, but I am uncertain about the exact steps required to achieve this. Is it possible to make this adjustment without having to redeploy the entire SAS Viya setup? Any guidance or assistance you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
