I'll be interested in seeing what others have to contribute toward answering your question. You can easily write code that can tap everything added to specific sites, if the sites allow it, but I'm not aware of any way to trap added web content in general.

Ok, so it's not a defined (closed form) value? Intuitively for me(person without computer related degree) if HIGH is defined to be a general term that maps itself onto the maximum value of given numeric variable then I think of it as just an object that is assigned with the maximum of given variable. Thanks for the info.
