In addition to the suggestions @Will_F_SAS had about how you can upload or identify customers, you should also look at the collection rules and settings related to CI 360 Discover. "Collecting data" sounds to me like you're looking to capture form inputs, which requires configuration settings to be configured under General Settings > Form Data, and then when you download the Discover data, the FORM_DETAIL and related tables will have what you captured. ... Hi,   Like Tim suggested, I would also suggest to contact your SAS support representative since they could give you more specialized help.   But in general, here are some links that I hope can help with the data collection questions you had.   The basic controls over data collection are subsections in the General Settings > Data Management area. Specifically, you want to look at Events, Page and Session, and Form Fields.   This Help Center topic provides some information (you need the access key to read these topics): Data Management settings. See the entire Tracking Behavioral Data with Events section in the user's guide. I can't link to it directly, but this is the first section inside of it: About Events and Collecting Data.   To see data that has been generated by your collection settings, the Insights section in the menu lists different reports that are generated.
