Since you're a member of this community, I'm going to assume you're headed to SAS Global Forum in April. I'm also going to assume you're at least somewhat active in the SAS Support Communities.

Taking both of these assumptions into consideration, I'll tell you about a chance you have to walk away with some cool communities swag that you won't find at any other booth at the conference.

The communities team has three items to give away, based on your activity in the communities.

Plus, you can enter a drawing to win a really cool item. Check out our article, Your Chance to Earn Communities Swag at SAS Global Forum, to get the giveaway details and to see if you can figure out our special contest drawing.

This sounds pretty cool...now I'm even more sad that I can't go to Global Forum Smiley Mad

@Reeza: That makes two of us. At least, until yesterday, we both had a 1 in 10 chance of going!

So, if I walk up and say "Hi, I'm @Reeza" could I snag the double-secret super user prize?  Smiley Tongue

Since it'll be at the Venetian, I'm assuming something grand, perhaps a gondola ride with Dr. Goodnight, @ChrisHemedinger as gondolier...

@Quentin Hmm...I'll see if someone else can bring me swag back 😛

@art297 Yeah, I had hope. Alberta's economy is in the toilet...everyone's happy to have a job these days. I guess I can't complain too much 🙂 Congrats to Olga though!

Yes congrats to Olga. Luckily I found out the day of the draw that my employer will cover me.

What is this message telling me?  I don't understand what the three ways to earn swag are.

This is such a great idea!  I love that we are getting people communicating before the conference on all kinds of things.

Shelley,

This is the most creative idea for generating conversation that I have seen in ages.  Kudos!

Best of luck in all your SAS endeavors!

Mike - not my idea. The Communities folks get all the credit for this one.

Jennifer,

Ah!  That reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:  "It's amazing how much can be accomplished when nobody cares who gets the credit."

Best of luck in all your SAS endeavors!

Thanks, Michael! We love meeting and chatting with community members. So we figured why not give them something to say "thanks" while we're at it.

Hope to see you in Vegas! Be sure to stop by, say hello and grab some swag. You do qualify for some of it, don't you? Smiley Happy
