Seeking Help: SAS A00-231: SAS 9.4 Base Programming - Performance-Based exam

I’m planning to take the SAS A00-231: SAS 9.4 Base Programming - Performance-Based exam, and I’m looking for some guidance from those who have already taken it or are currently preparing for it.

During the exam, I was unable to access the cert file. The instructions said to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to fix the issue, but when I tried this, the exam closed and did not behave as described in the instructions.

I asked the staff at the test center for help, but he said the issue could not be fixed. Because of this, I could not solve the question, which affected my exam performance!
