Preparation for: SAS Certified Specialist: Administration of SAS Viya

Hello,

I'm seeking to gain the certification, SAS Certified Specialist: Administration of SAS Viya, which I think just relates to Viya4?

I've used SAS9 for years and have experience in the Visual Analytics area of Viya 3.5.  However I am new to any kind of administration role.

Thus far I've completed the following trainings:

SAS Viya Administration: Getting Started

SAS® Viya® Administration Fast Track

I've also taken a look at the Practice Exam and have just downloaded the Exam Content Guide.

I am feeling a long way off being ready to sit the certification exam.

If anyone would be able to refer me to additional resource, anything they've found useful or an approach to consolidate topics ahead of the exam it would be much appreciated.

Hello! Yes, that certification tests the skills on managing and supporting a SAS Viya environment. It seems that you've found the practice exam and the content guide, but the two best resources to prepare you to take the exam are these two classes:

• Course: SAS® Viya® Administration Fast Track (Which focuses on Platform Administration Tasks - SAS Viya Application administration)
• Course: SAS® Viya® Administration Operations (Which focuses on Operations Tasks - working with the Kubernetes side of SAS Viya).

Both are available in eLearning or virtual classroom. Best of luck!
