Hello,

I have just a quick question about the exams required to be passed to earn the Certified Data Scientist certification.

Let's assume I do not pass one of the required exams on the first try, is there a fix limited number of tries you have to pass the various exams or can I take them as many times as I need to finally pass them?

Regards

Christian

Hi @Christian8, you can find the answer on FAQs | SAS:

"Candidates may attempt each certification exam up to five times in a 12-month period, waiting a minimum of 14 days between attempts. Exam charges are incurred for each exam attempt. Exams that do not comply with this retake policy will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for refund and/or a certification credential.

Once a passing score is achieved on a specific exam, no further attempts are allowed on that exam*."

Best

Markus
