Apart from the advised install center link I would like you to browse few free webinars which I feel are a great start for admin tasks, specially by Anja.

You could find posts related to them under admin in our communities. Most of them are on demand so just play it when ever you have time.

I think a better way to ask will be for you to clarify what responsibilities will you be doing, including any/all of SAS installation, SAS configuration, SAS administratrion, SAS user support, etc, and for who - the company you work for, a customer, etc.
