Hi Anja,   Thanks for the reply!!   I am looking for a way to track the usage of SAS applications of a metadata defined user id. Like (example) usage of sas id with SAS application connections, usage of same id with SAS scheduled batch jobs and also work , temp spaces.   I am aware the same is possible with SAS Environment Manager , but the same APL loggining is eanbled from SAS EVM 2.4 and we are currently using a version of 2.3 and upgrading it to 2.5 is expected to take time.
