A Cloud System, enabling Storage & Retrieval of Operational Metadata (OM), records safety incidents and risks occurring in the site. Building Safety Act — Meeting The Golden Thread, is to integrate Safety. From Planning, Design, Construction to Post Occupation, the processes are integrated using a well-connected framework involving Health & Safety Legislations, and Standards that are also promoted for Training Individuals.   The Policies are related to Government, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Frameworks. As a PGDiP Student, I have come across, a Conceptual Model for GRC. The below paper describes the Conceptual Model for GRC.     Purpose The Purpose of EquipAny is to identify any risks or incidents, that occur in the Construction Site.
