Hi Idanar, There isn't a capability that will specifically turn off the Rate Productivity button. The button will not show if a user does not have the permissions to disposition the alert. Hi Idan, In your strategy settings (for the strategy the alert is created in) what is the number of levels that the workspace is supposed to traverse when it is generated? It is configurable, but it is often set to 0 because the search query that builds the workspace is run during alert generation and that can be time consuming if you are generating a lot of alerts at once. If you change the visualization of the workspace from network to list, what is displayed? Does it just show the alert and the entity or does it show the alert, the entity and the 9 other related entities in the list? Thanks, Austin ... View more

Hello,    My understanding is that only a specific set of fields are copied from the alert to the case when it is created as the result of a disposition (I believe this is the 3 fields listed above and alert_id). One option would be to add a related page control to the Case page template to show key information from the related Alert (you would need to define a traversal to be used to populate the related page control). The page template you associate with the alert and display in the related page control can be limited to only a subset of the fields from the alert.  Thanks, Susan   ... View more

Hello @Idanar , Apologies, I get it now. In your case no new alerting events are involved. When the alert reactivates you would like the alert to re-enter the queue it was in at the time it became suppressed. While the current behavior is how the system was designed - it is not a defect per se - I see how your suggestion would be an improvement for analysts and administrators. This is a bug. The UI is recording your selection when you save the domain. The error is when the ui tries to display the domain details page, it is always showing that field as empty.   You can confirm that the value has been saved by making a request for the information about your domain in your browser. The URL pattern is  /server:port/svi-alert/domains/{domain-id} You will get back a JSON string which should include something like  ... ,"suppressQueueId":"home_for_suppressed_events", ...   I have created a defect in our internal tracking system on your behalf. Hello,    You can control what data a user can access via the entity level security and authorization rules defined in the Admin UI. Open an entity definition and select the "Authorization" tab. Here you can defined which groups can access the entity, i.e. can they search/read or not, can the create or edit, etc. This is based on groups and can also be further refined using attributes of the entities themselves.  Thanks, Susan ...
