I have a job which I've scheduled to run via the Schedule Manager in SAS Management Console. I'm using Platform LSF as the scheduling server. The job is designed to start when some files arrive. I've used the "arrival" event rather than the "exists" event.   Unfortunately, despite all the files having arrived, the job is still in a waiting state.   How do I diagnose the cause here? SAS Management Console gives me no information about jobs which have already been submitted for scheduling. None of the LSF command line utilities, or the Flow Manager application, appear to give me information about file events (external events in LSF lingo). I've checked and double-checked that the files really do exist, in the right location, with the right names.   I've got other jobs which are successfully being triggered by file arrival so I don't think it's a general problem with my installation, which is SAS 9.4M4. I want to save the log of every run of a process. I know I can use EG's "Export Log as a Step In Project" feature, and I know this will even create timestamped files to avoid overwriting a previously output log. All good so far.   However, if an error occurs in the step that generated the log, EG won't proceed to the export step, so it doesn't export the log. Saving the logs is much more important when errors occur so it is unfortunate that I've managed to get this working in the happy path but not the case where it really matters.   It seems like my current solution would work if I could force EG to continue running a branch of a process flow even in the face of errors. Is this possible?   I've read the thread on log saving which discusses proc printto and other workarounds, but I'm keen to find a solution which is simple and a natural use of the tool.   I am using Enterprise Guide 7.13 on SAS 9.4 on Linux. ... This is what you get when right clicking on a code node and choosing Properties: My OS locale is British English, in which dates are written as dd/mm/yyyy but the date being displayed here is in US locale (mm/dd/yyyy).   EG's git History window is correctly displaying dates in dd/mm/yyyy format.   What should I be doing to get the dates in the screenshot above to be in dd/mm/yyyy format?   I am using EG 7.13 on Windows 7. ...
