Hello @Laura_C_M , we encountered a similar challenge with date formats. Our requirement was to adopt the Finnish date representation (e.g., 8.1.2023 for January 8th, 2023), and our solution involved transitioning from numeric to character representation. This adjustment ensures that all dates are now universally human-readable (to Finns, I might add), irrespective of email clients, language settings, or other client variations. The conversion from numeric to character is performed on-premises. We've applied a similar conversion approach to prices, aiming for a format like 19,95 euros instead of 19.95 euros.
