Are you are a marketer who wants to ensure your email looks appealing across a wide array of devices and avoids the dreaded spam bucket? Aren't we all? SAS Customer Intelligence 360 can help you with that.

Before you blast your email, jump over to the Review tab in your Email task.

  • In addition to the in-platform "Responsive preview" option, you will find* the "Email client preview". Run this to see how your email looks in Gmail, iPhone 14 Pro Max, AOL on Firefox, Outlook and over 100 more email clients (screenshot below).
  • You can also use the "Spam test". This service bounces your email against 14 spam algorithms. If it doesn't pass an algorithm, CI360 will let you know. Some algorithms provide clues why; unfortunately, most do not (these services do not want to share their formula with the spammers).

*NOTE:

  • Both of these checks are a paid service, thus may not be available based on your license.
  • If not available in your tenant, check with your admin.

For more details, check out the 360 user's guide. and the Email Client Previews community article.
