I am having problem understanding when to use FCS method and when to use MCMC method in multiple imputation. Missing data pattern is Arbitrary in my dataset.
MCMC method would be for continuous variables that are assumed to follow a multivariate normal distribution. FCS assumes the existence of a joint distribution for all variables. It allows for a mixture of continuous and categorical variables.
