Could anyone help me figure out how to calculate intraclass correlation coefficient for a two-level beta regression model? I am using proc glimmix and dist=beta link=logit options. The output doesn't produce variance of level-1 residuals, which is typically used to calculate ICC. Is there a way to calculate that variance? Could the following formula be used in this case (found it in this document)?

Thank you!

Take a look at the example https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/pgmsascdc/9.4_3.4/statug/statug_glimmix_examples24.htm

The variance components needed to calculate an ICC appear in the Covariance Parameter Estimates table in the output, which has the ODS table name CovParms.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
