Could anyone help me figure out how to calculate intraclass correlation coefficient for a two-level beta regression model? I am using proc glimmix and dist=beta link=logit options. The output doesn't produce variance of level-1 residuals, which is typically used to calculate ICC. Is there a way to calculate that variance?
