Help - 4 parameter logistic for Bioassay

How can i do the 4 parameter logistic curve analysis for Bioassay as the ex. 5.4.1 in the chapter 5.3 of the Eu.Pharmacopoeia?

That is not an easy answer that can be dropped in this space.  I have attached some code that does a five parameter logistic regression for a cell based bioassay that might be adaptable, but beware, it is not documented, it does get convoluted, and it was written for v9.1.3.
