Hi all,

The sas documents say that if i save a web report by using the option "data can be manually refreshed" then a static version of the report gets saved.. But some how my web report doesnot save as a static report .. I have tried saving it as a new file... also saving it as the same file but nothing works..

Could any body guide if there is something else which needs to be done.. or any other options that need to enabled

Thanks..

If you completely log out of WRS and then log back in and view the report, does the report contain a link that says something like "to interact with this report you must refresh"? That is what you should see for a manually refreshed report (and for a scheduled report).

Yes.. I had already tried that but for some reason it does not work.. Have approached my admin team for a probable solution.. lets see... If you have any inputs do share..

Thanks
