Hi All,

We're using VA 7.5, and have developed a graph for Average Days to Pay.  It's a fairly simple object and the measure is calculated on the data table behind the object (no parameters or anything like that).  It looks great in Report Designer.  When I look it in Report Viewer, it says the data is zero.  I have admin access so it isn't a data restriction issue.  I can't find anything anywhere about why this might be occurring or how to fix it.

Thanks in advance!

Can you share screen shots of the calculation and the charts in designer and viewer?

Thanks for the reply!  It turned out to be a data issue - the dashboard had visualizations from 3 different tables, and a common (sounding and appearing) field was being used as a report filter.  In one of the tables, that field was actually a different type.  When we fixed the data table, it fixed the presentation in Viewer.
