VA7.3 >> Applying different color coding in VA

I Have to generate a table with different variables for  9 different brands and have to apply colors based on the variable values its like highest values have to be given red color, the middle values will be orange and lowest values should be green and all these should be automated. A small sample is attached below

You should be able to use Display Rules. Have you tried that feature but it is not giving the desired results?

I have already tried to use display rules but i couldn't find out a way to automate them
