While creating export definitions for our application, we are getting error like " No Subject_Default is defined for <<Infomap Name>>". We have associated the required infomap in the Business Context .Also we have defined all the required Subject_ID's in the custom properties of the Infomap.

Kindly provide a solution for the same.

Hello,

Information maps are not a part of the Visual Analytics product. It sounds like you are using a different SAS solution, but I'm not sure which one.

Could you specify which product you are using? That will enable our admin to move your question to the appropriate forum.

Thanks,
Sam

It's true that SAS Visual Analytics, which includes SAS Visual Data Builder, cannot create, edit or save an information map.  However, SAS Visual Data Builder can import the business logic from a relational information map and represent it as an SQL query.  The instructions are in the SAS Visual Analytic User's Guide here: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/vaug/68648/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p0vj8bo0sy9qzln1vcl0y....

Information about creating information maps is available in the Base SAS Guide to Information Maps.

Hope this helps,

Joy
