Hi,

We are running SAS visual Analytics 7.3 and i want to show the date the data was updated on the raport.

I tried to show it in a list table (one colimn).

The problem is that it look ugly as VA show the next emty column depending on which screen you have.

Is is possible to restrict the number of shown column in a list table.

Like this (see attachment)

Hi,

You may want to consider this tip from @TriciaAanderud in using a Pie Chart object instead http://bi-notes.com/2016/10/sas-visual-analytics-design-versus-reality/

Kind Regards,

Michelle

We are also on 7.3 and have similar needs. In my data prep I have a column that shows a text version of a timestamp and use that to show the last updated info you can use many variations to show the date, table, word cloud, pie chart etc... As an FYI the table update is part of VA 7.4 (and 8.2 also) and can be added as a dynamic text I believe.

Sample Code: PUT(DATETIME(),MDYAMPM19.)

Sample Output:   2/7/2018 12:00 PM
