We have a data source that provides very comprehensive documentation on the data in the form of an HTML file.

We'd like to have that directly accessible through VA, but are unsure how to configure it on the server. Is there a specific directory we can place this HTML file in that we can provide a link to?

If not, is there an ability to load the documentation through a stored process?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

If you have VA 8.1 or later, or VA 7.5, then you can use a Web Content object to display the page in VA.

There are likely workarounds for the earlier releases, but I'm not sure what they are. You might be on the right track with stored processes.

I think that the code samples here:

might be applicable.
