Hi,

 

Can I send e-mails from a VA sessions on behalf of another user  than the one logged on? Exemple:  send reports in th name of a generic user for all human users from a team.

Yes, that's the correct feature in the designer.  However, the New Report Job window doesn't have a field that will let @zzone change (or replace) the name of the user who is distributing the report.  The window looks like this:

(This screen capture is from the 7.3 release, but the fields haven't changed in the recent releases.)
