Good day

On previous occasions we could access SAS VA report viewer on the following address: http://****/SASVisualAnalyticsViewer

when clicking on the report viewer tab. For some reason the link has changed to: http://****/SASVisualAnalyticsAdministrator/VisualAnalyticsViewer.jsp

and we get an error on browser that the link is not valid. Is there anyway to re-set the link to the original address? we are using Management Console to administer.

Regards,

Hanyani

Hi @Hanyani ,

I seriously doubt this is a doing of the SAS web application, but probably a Rewrite rule set somewhere.

My best suggestion for you is to contact your SAS administrator.

Also, fyi, I see your effort trying to mask the text of the server name, in your post.  However, if you hover the mouse over the link, you will see the actual server name, so might might want to revise the way you copy/paste URLs, or perhaps you need to revise the hyperlink once you mask the text.

Just an observation, i hope it can help you.

PS. I tried to send you this message as private, but it seems as you have disabled the PMs.

You said this:

"... clicking on the report viewer tab"

Where are you exactly when you click the link for the viewer?
