We recently acquired a SSL certificate to access SAS VA report from outside my organization's network. When users try to log in and access reports, they come across the message " An error occurred during a resource request. Resource:/Preferences. HTTP Status: 403 Forbidden". Good day, when ever I try to log in to the SAS VA mobile app I get the following message....."Access from this device has not been enabled on the server. if you know your system administrator's email address, you can send an email requesting access to this server". How do I enable access to use the mobile app?

Good day On previous occasions we could access SAS VA report viewer on the following address: http://****/SASVisualAnalyticsViewer when clicking on the report viewer tab. For some reason the link has changed to: http://****/SASVisualAnalyticsAdministrator/VisualAnalyticsViewer.jsp and we get an error on browser that the link is not valid. Is there anyway to re-set the link to the original address? we are using Management Console to administer. Regards, Hanyani
