How to create a Histogram in Report Designer in SAS VA

I am creating a report with multiple bar charts and want to use a Histogram in the same report.

We can use the functionality of Histogram in Data Explorer. Wondering If we can create a Histogram in Report Designer.

Hello,

The workaround in VA 7.x is to create the histogram in Explorer, export it as a report, and then import the histogram into your report.

In 8.1 and later the Explorer and Designer are combined, so this is no longer an issue.

I already thought of it but we cannot control and edit the Histogram in a report then.

Yes, to update the histogram you will need to do so in the Explorer and then import it again.
