Hi,
Following the registration completed in SAS Ondemand Academics, I get this following error when getting in.
Can you please let me know the steps to troubleshoot this.

Which browser are you using? There is a known issue with SAS Studio and the latest version of Chrome (v67), see https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Studio/SAS-Studio-Status-check-stuck-in-Initializing-after-click-... and https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Studio/SAS-Studio-Status-check-stuck-in-Initializing-after-click-... the problem you are experiencing may be due to that.
I just tried to log into SAS OnDemand for Academics with an old version of Chrome as well as Firefox and did not have any issues accessing SAS Studio. However, if you are still experiencing problems, please post back.
