Problem accessing SAS Viya for Learners

Hello all

I have a problem with sas viya for learners, I'm an instructor at academic institution and I teach visual analytics on sas viya for learners , some of my recent students are unable to access the platform with the error as attached, while other students can connect normally, i tried even using their credentials on my own PC and gave the same error, so it's not a pc or some sort of local settings problem, any idea why??

I recommend that you submit this issue to VFL tech support at sasviyaforlearners@sas.com. Make sure to include the web address that is shown when you open SAS Drive. For example, mine is https://vfl-025.engage.sas.com/SASDrive/. This address includes your deployment number (in my case it is 25), which is helpful to the tech support team.
