Unable to activate SAS Viya

Hi, I am unable to activate SAS Viya for learners and I have even created a new account with my academic institution email. The listed phone number did not have technical support, it only brought me here.

Hi, You haven't provided us any information to try to diagnose your issue. I recommend you email sasviyaforlearners@sas.com or you can use the live chat icon on the Viya for Learners 4 Launch page (https://learn.sas.com/vfl) if you are able to get that far.

Make sure to provide as much information as possible about the steps you have followed. Include the web pages you access and screen shots of any error messages you receive.
